Delete your Home Refresh data
You can request deletion at any time.
Send the request from the same email address you use to sign in to Home Refresh. This allows CedarVail LLC to verify the account before deleting its synchronized data.
What will be deleted
- Your Home Refresh household membership and account record.
- Synchronized rooms, tasks, routines, maintenance reminders, and schedules owned by your household.
- Completion history, assignments, invitation records, and reminder preferences associated with the account.
If you are a household member rather than its owner, your membership and associated activity will be removed without deleting the owner’s remaining household data.
Before sending your request
Deletion is permanent after verification and processing. A local copy may remain on a device until Home Refresh browser storage is cleared or the installed app is removed. Information required for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance may be retained only as permitted by law.
If the button does not open your email app, write to support@cedarvail.com and use the subject “Home Refresh account deletion request.”
